only moved into an apartment in Orlando, Florida, does not even have an Internet connection, you just want a standard phone line. But it seems that every phone company must have a connection to broadband Internet. Does anyone know a company with a plan that does not require Internet

I'm from Orlando, as well, and we had AT & T phone at home, before moving to Bright House. You do not need internet connection (I think they are anthough bundled services, like almost all, so if you have them save money). I believe that BellSouth is still active, so you could check it.
