We are moving out of state next week, and one of my mares ERU has worsened, and I'm worried it will fail. So what do we do? I have done much research on it, and is not contagious, so I guess there's no reason not to find them, but not my answer. The vet comes next week, and tried aggressively as before, and a good answer, but I will not withdraw in time.

This is not something that is not contagious and that is something that many horses tend to be older. You should no problem with veterinary supervision. It may be mentioned that the forms go, but there's no way it would be a threat to horses, and thus a reason for the condition of the horses.

The health certificate is only to say who "are good and strong and has no contagious diseases. This is not considered the same as a veterinary inspection / before you buy. If you are unable to tell if they have exploded newspaper to that traffic will stop for processing, unless a veterinarian, etc. Atropine is a true purist, I do not see a problem.
